DatoJudi Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and DatoJudi (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), which operates the online gaming platform accessible at datojudi.casa (the "Website").

By accessing, registering on, or using the datojudi platform in any manner — including browsing the Website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the datojudi platform after the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" — the personal account registered by a Player on the datojudi platform, used to access gaming services, manage funds, and claim bonuses.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any bonus credits that have met applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spins, cashback offer, or other incentive made available by datojudi to eligible Players under stated conditions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required of Players before certain actions (including first withdrawals) can be completed.
• "Platform" — the datojudi website, web application, and all associated gaming services accessible at datojudi.casa.
• "Player" — any person who has registered and holds an active Account on the datojudi platform.
• "Restricted Territories" — jurisdictions in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted and from which Players may not register or access the Platform.
• "RNG" — Random Number Generator; the certified algorithm used to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes in casino games.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit; the primary operating currency of the datojudi platform.

To register and maintain an active Account on datojudi, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. DatoJudi is strictly an adult platform. We enforce this requirement through KYC verification and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as Players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a datojudi employee or any affiliated business partner.
• You must not already hold an active Account on the datojudi platform. Only one Account per person, household, device, or IP address is permitted.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be under any legal or regulatory prohibition from gambling.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by datojudi for breach of these Terms.

During registration, Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including full legal name, date of birth, email address, contact number, and residential address. This information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Each Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials — including username and password — and for all activity that occurs under their Account. DatoJudi will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your datojudi Account that is not shared with any other service.
• Never share your Account credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your Account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify datojudi support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Keep your registered email address current and accessible, as it is used for important Account communications and security verification.

DatoJudi reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time, including during the KYC process. Failure to cooperate with a verification request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the matter is resolved.

DatoJudi accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, USDT TRC20, and BTC. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at the Company's discretion without prior notice.

Key deposit conditions include:

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or wallets registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Players should refer to the Cashier section for current limits applicable to their chosen method.
• DatoJudi does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processed into a Player's gaming balance. Players are advised to verify all details before confirming a deposit transaction.
• The Company reserves the right to reject any deposit that appears inconsistent with responsible gambling practices or that raises concerns regarding the source of funds.

Players may request withdrawals of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

• All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Players who have not yet verified their identity will be prompted to do so before their first withdrawal request is approved.
• Withdrawal processing times are estimated as follows: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay — under 5 minutes; DuitNow / FPX bank transfer — 5 to 15 minutes; Direct bank wire — 15 to 60 minutes; Cryptocurrency — 15 to 45 minutes depending on network conditions.
• DatoJudi reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed stated thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems. Processing may be temporarily delayed during such reviews.
• Players must not have any outstanding bonus wagering obligations that would restrict their withdrawable balance at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method. Please refer to the Cashier section for current applicable limits.

DatoJudi offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including the wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit, maximum bonus amount, and validity period applicable to each promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply platform-wide:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have met all eligibility requirements and hold a fully verified Account in good standing.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at expiry will be removed from the Account balance.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. For example, slots may contribute 100%, while table games or live casino may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• DatoJudi reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Players who are mid-way through fulfilling a wagering requirement at the time of termination will be notified of applicable transition arrangements.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent Account closure.

All casino games offered on the datojudi platform — including slots, live dealer games, and RNG table games — utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that outcomes are entirely random, independent, and fair. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results, Player account standing, deposit amounts, or any other external factor.

For sports betting, odds are set using real-time market data and are subject to change prior to event commencement. Bets placed at a stated price will be honoured at that price unless the bet was placed in error due to a manifest pricing mistake, in which case datojudi reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.

• In the event of a technical failure during a game — including server disconnection, software error, or connectivity loss — datojudi will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter in the Player's favour based on the state of the game at the point of failure. The Company's decision in such matters is final.
• Bets may only be placed by the registered Account holder. Sharing an Account for the purpose of placing bets is prohibited.
• DatoJudi reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently found to have been affected by corruption, match-fixing, or any other form of result manipulation.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the datojudi platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account for the purpose of receiving multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, money laundering, or any other criminal enterprise.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error may be voided and the Player's Account suspended.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or placing bets specifically designed to lock in guaranteed returns regardless of outcome in a manner that exploits promotional offers.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location to the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any datojudi staff member through any communication channel.

Violations of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and — where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence — referral to the relevant Malaysian law enforcement authorities.

DatoJudi is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming for all Players. We provide a range of player-controlled tools to assist in managing gaming behaviour, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality check alerts, and self-exclusion.

All Players are encouraged to set personal limits as part of their account management. These tools can be accessed at any time through the Player Account settings panel. Downward adjustments to limits take effect immediately; upward adjustments may be subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. A Player who has self-excluded may not open a new Account during the exclusion period under any circumstances.
• Players who are concerned about their gambling habits or those of someone they know are encouraged to visit our dedicated Responsible Gambling page for detailed guidance and support resources.
• DatoJudi strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and will permanently close any Account confirmed to belong to a minor.

The collection, storage, and use of personal data provided by Players is governed by datojudi's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you expressly consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

DatoJudi implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Personal and financial data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorised personnel on a strict need-to-know basis.

Players have the right to access, correct, and — in certain circumstances — request deletion of their personal data. Such requests should be directed to our support team. DatoJudi will respond to data-related requests within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

DatoJudi does not sell, rent, or otherwise share Player personal data with unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention partners solely for the purpose of operating the platform and fulfilling regulatory obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, datojudi and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party system failures.
• Any delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by your payment provider, banking institution, or the blockchain network in the case of cryptocurrency transactions.
• Decisions made by the Player to wager funds, claim bonuses, or participate in specific games or betting markets.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While datojudi makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and error-free platform availability, no warranty or guarantee of uninterrupted service is made.

Either party may terminate the Agreement and close the Player's Account in accordance with the following provisions:

Player-initiated closure: A Player may request Account closure at any time by contacting datojudi support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending wagering obligations) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or security review requirements.

Company-initiated closure: DatoJudi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity or age information.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Account inactivity — Accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative review.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an Account is closed due to confirmed Terms violations, datojudi reserves the right to retain balances pending the outcome of any investigation and, where appropriate, to remit funds to relevant authorities.

DatoJudi aims to resolve all Player complaints within 5 business days of receipt. For complex disputes, additional time may be required. We will keep you informed of the status of any open investigation.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions of this Agreement. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page at datojudi.casa/terms-conditions.
